Karen Bishop - District Manager
Karen Bishop co-managed a large dairy and crop farm in the
Coupeville area in partnership with other family members for 25
years and currently co-owns Ebey Road Farm, Inc. She is a director
on several boards including the new Northwest Ag Business Center in
Mt. Vernon, the Washington Agriculture and Forestry Foundation, and
the Community Foundation for Coupeville Public Schools. Karen has
also served on the local Farm Services Agency committee and the
Washington State Dairy Products Commission. Karen is a graduate of
the two-year Ag. & Forestry Leadership program, Class 20, and holds
a B.A. in Business Management and Operations from Washington State
University.

Stacy Smith - Natural
Resource Planner
Stacy earned a BS and MS in Environmental Science, along with a
BA in
Spanish, from the University of Idaho. She is experienced in storm
water
management and erosion and sediment control through developing a
Best
Management Practices (BMPs) Handbook for maintaining rural roads in
Idaho and work as a Project Manager for Clear Water Compliance
Services.
